💥93: How to Handle ANY-Sized Disaster Finale! [TOOL KIT]💥

A brilliant client shared with me, "but I can't possibly take this risk because it just might break me." Ever had this thought? Maybe the risk is referring to you putting your name in for a new leadership position, considering a cross-country move, or trying that next diet. This is a common thought that comes up in coaching at the root of or as an explanation for not doing and not growing. And, of course, we never have to do anything. BUT, consider asking yourself these powerful questions:
What's so wrong about breaking? The breaking is what allows us to let go of the constrictions that bind us and, in doing so, the breaking allows us to fully stretch toward freedom.
What if the breaking is what makes us stronger? When we break and CHOOSE how we put ourselves back together, we will be STRONGER at the broken parts.
What if the breaking is our next evolution to our highest self? In that case, what we if we invite in, reach for, and CHOOSE the breaking?
Finally, consider that we can't EVER be broken. We are intact, whole, complete beings doing who are exactly where we are supposed to be, doing exactly what we are supposed to be doing, at the exact right pace. We can't possibly EVER be broken.
